Possible Moratorium on Formula Businesses Mendocino County

A moratorium on chain stores may be implemented in Mendocino County. The Board of Supervisors plan to discuss the proposal tomorrow. The moratorium request was made by two supervisors who feel that formula businesses are being approved for rural commercial areas without enought time for public input.
